A senior member of the South-East Asia Art Association, Ang Teck Lee is an oil painter devoted to the scenery of Singapore — its waters, gardens and streets — rendered with meticulous brushwork and a distinctive sense of colour. 洪德利是东南亚美术协会的资深会员，一位钟情于描绘新加坡风景的油画家—— 无论是湖水、园林还是街景，皆以细腻的笔触与独到的色彩入画。
Ang Teck Lee is known for oil paintings that capture the natural and urban scenery of Singapore. His meticulous brushwork and unique use of colour give his canvases a warmth that speaks of a deep attachment to the island and its landscapes. 洪德利以描绘新加坡自然与城市景致的油画见长。细腻的笔触与独特的用色， 令他的画面透出一份温度，流露出他对这片土地与风景的深厚情感。
He studied under the late Singaporean master Yeh Chi Wei — the Association's founding president — and, under that mentorship, developed an artistic voice of his own. He remains a devoted student of the landscape, painting the places of everyday Singapore with patience and affection. 他师承已故新加坡画坛前辈、协会创会会长叶之威，并在其教诲下逐渐形成 个人的艺术风格。他始终是风景的忠实描绘者，以耐心与深情，描画新加坡日常的角落。
A steady presence in the life of the Association, Ang Teck Lee takes part in every one of its exhibitions, and is also a member of the Memories by the Lake (湖畔美展) art group. His work has earned wide appreciation among fellow artists. 作为协会活动中的常客，洪德利参与协会的每一次展览，同时也是 《湖畔美展》画会的成员。他的作品在同侪之间广受赞誉。
