The Executive Committee meets across two-year terms. Members are drawn from the practising body of the Association and are responsible for exhibitions, research and publishing, public relations, audit and day-to-day administration. 理事会以每两年为一届。理事从协会的在册会员中产生， 负责展览、研究与出版、公共关系、查账以及日常行政事务。

The 2023 — 2024 term opened with the leadership transition from Tan Ewe Liang to Yeh Toh Yen and produced, among other programmes, the 回首迎新 · Stepping Forward in Retrospective exhibition and the 55th-anniversary 藝脈相承 showing of October 2025. 2023 — 2024 一届以会长一职由陈有良交棒予叶独元揭开序幕， 并促成了包括《回首迎新》展览，以及 2025 年 10 月纪念协会 五十五周年的《藝脈相承》展在内的多项活动。
