Vice-President of the South-East Asia Art Association, Chiong Tiow Lok is a practitioner of the classical Chinese arts — landscape and ink painting, calligraphy and seal carving — who trained under the masters Wu Molin and Hu Kangle before finding a voice of his own. 蒋兆禄是东南亚美术协会副会长,精研中国传统艺术——山水与水墨、书法与篆刻。 他师承吴墨麟与胡康乐两位名家,博采众长后自成一格。
Chiong Tiow Lok works across four classical disciplines — landscape painting, ink painting, calligraphy and seal carving. He apprenticed under the Chinese artists Wu Molin and Hu Kangle, inheriting their craft before developing a style distinctly his own. 蒋兆禄兼擅四门传统艺术——山水画、水墨画、书法与篆刻。他曾师从中国艺术家 吴墨麟与胡康乐,承其技艺,进而形成个人独特的风格。
His landscape and ink works capture the grandeur and vitality of the natural world, carrying within them reflections on life and nature. His calligraphy is marked by strength and vigour, while his seal carvings carry a sense of antiquity and elegance. 他的山水与水墨作品,摹写自然的壮阔与生机,寄寓着对生命与自然的体悟。 其书法笔力遒劲,篆刻则古雅有致。
As Vice-President of the Association, he actively promotes artistic exchange and collaboration, contributing to the development of art in the region. He has also published a personal album gathering his most cherished works across all four of his disciplines. 身为协会副会长,他积极推动艺术交流与合作,为本区域的艺术发展贡献力量。 他亦出版了个人作品集,汇集多年来最为珍视、涵盖四门专长的佳作。
