Born in Sichuan, China, Liu Mou Fen is a practitioner of Chinese ink painting, coloured porcelain, and gongbi painting, now based in Singapore. 刘懋芬生于中国四川，是水墨画、彩瓷与工笔画的实践者，现居新加坡。
Liu Mou Fen was born in Sichuan, China, and began learning traditional Chinese gongbi painting in middle school before later mastering bamboo painting under a retired general, whose teaching emphasised observation, practice, and copying ancient works. 刘懋芬生于中国四川，在中学时开始学习中国传统工笔画，后来跟随一位退休 将领学会了墨竹画法，其教学强调观察、实践，并通过临摹古人作品发展个人风格。
Having lived in Singapore for many years, she is skilled in ink painting, coloured porcelain, and meticulous brushwork. She has participated in numerous exhibitions, including the 2014 National Day Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition and the 2008 Taiwan Peace Kinmen — Chinese Hundred Ink Painters Coloured Porcelain Joint Exhibition, as well as multiple exhibitions organised by the South-East Asia Art Association. 移居新加坡多年，她擅长水墨、彩瓷和工笔画，曾参与包括 2014 年国庆书画 美展、2008 年台湾和平金门——华人百位国画家彩瓷联展，以及东南亚美术协会主办的多次画展等。
Beyond her own artistic creation, she is dedicated to art education, having taught numerous students and passed on her experience and techniques to the younger generation. 除了艺术创作，她也投身于艺术教育，培养了众多学生，致力于将她丰富的 艺术经验和技巧传授给年轻一代。
